Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is the most intimate, exclusive property within the Madinat Jumeirah complex, made up of 29 low-rise summer houses, complemented by 24-hour butler service.

Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is a modern interpretation of a traditional Arabian village. Reflecting the unique features of the region, architectural details include ‘barjeels’ (wind towers), private ‘majlis’ (sitting rooms) and peaceful inner courtyards with arches, columns and trickling water features. The summer houses can be reached by leafy paths or by traditional wooden ‘abra’ boats along scenic meandering waterways, ensuring a serene ambiance and calm vibe at all times.

Tucked away amongst lush gardens, Dar Al Masyaf's rooms and suites are light, bright and spacious, and represent the Madinat Jumeirah's premium accommodation. Every room has access to the exclusive butler service.

Dubai's longest private beach is only steps away, as well as the many facilities within Madinat Jumeirah Resort. Souk Madinat Jumeirah is a modern, air-conditioned take on a traditional medina and features more than 80 shops, bars and restaurants. Access to Talise Spa and Fitness tennis and squash courts as well as unlimited complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark are all available to guests.

Each room summer house has a maximum of 11 rooms and comes with a friendly and efficient butler on hand to help with packing and unpacking, shoe shining, reservations and more. They will also serve complimentary drinks and nibbles from 6pm to 8pm.
Across the Madinat Jumeirah complex, guests can take their pick from more than 50 restaurants and bars, a choice of pools, tennis courts, fitness centres, watersports and one of the region’s best spas – Talise. Complimentary access to the Sinbad Club and KiDS at Jumeirah Al Naseem for the little ones is included.

The 29 dual-level summer houses, housing a total of 283 rooms and suites, feel private and intimate, with butlers available round the clock in the majlis welcome area. The Gulf Summer Houses have direct beach access, while the Arabian Summer Houses are more secluded, overlooking the canals from generous terraces and benefit from private pools within the gardens. Space is certainly not scrimped on here, with huge marble bathrooms featuring egg-shaped tubs, separate rain showers and twin vanities plus toiletries by Omani fragrance house Amouage. Arabian design details, such as dark wood furniture and Middle Eastern lanterns are complemented with modern touches such as Nespresso machines and Bose music systems. The seven stand-alone duplex Malakiya villas also feature a furnished kitchen and private plunge pool, ideal for families.
