There are three excellent dining options: Inara, modeled after a traditional riad and facing the Atlas Mountains, delivers a flavourful mélange of Moroccan, Turkish and Lebanese cuisine; Quattro provides Southern Italian cuisine (highlighting the cultural blend of dishes between Morocco and Sicily particularly) which can be taken on the outdoor terrace, and Azzera features fire-grilled meats, fresh fish, multilayered club sandwiches, salads and ice creams.
The huge spa offers 15 treatment rooms. Traditional aromatherapy massage or more vigorous Hamman style are offered as well as a couple’s spa pavilion with two separate treatment areas. The hotel has an excellent gym and two clay tennis courts. Plus a family pool, adult pool, boutiques, teen centre and kids club.
The hotel is located just outside the entrancing madness of the centre but is only a 10-minute drive to the Medina but generally, it’s way more fun on a 25-minute walk.
