Your Journey

Day One - Arrival & welcome

As you enter the arrival hall you will see your guide waiting for you with a greeting card. He will help you with your luggage and load up into one of our beautiful vehicles.  Upon entering Reykjavik city centre you will have the opportunity to go explore the city with your guide. This tour can be completely customised to fit your needs and interests. Dinner will be served in the smallest and most unique restaurant in Iceland. This hidden restaurant, named Óx, is located within a block from your hotel and offers a spectacular culinary experience where you will be served a tasting menu on the chef’s.


Day Two - Golden Circle Tour

Today you will embark upon a Golden Circle tour visiting some of Iceland’s most iconic locations. First up is Gullfoss waterfall. Gullfoss is by many considered to be the most beautiful in Iceland. Your guide will then lead the way towards Iceland’s second largest glacier, Langjökull, ready for a snowmobile adventure. Afterwards you drive through the Haukadalur geothermal area, where you have various geothermal features: Geysers, mud pools, fumaroles, algal deposits. Finally the guide will take you to Friðheimar Geothermal Tomato Farm for a late lunch. After lunch you can take a quick dip into the Secret Lagoon hot spring to feel what is like to bath in the natural geothermal water. On the way back to Reykjavik you will stop by Þingvellir, the most beloved national park in Iceland.


Day Three - Exploring the beautiful south coast

Today you will gear up for an amazing day tour where you will get to explore the beautiful south coast of Iceland. Along the way you will get to see the gorgeous waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Gljúfrabúi secret waterfall with their amazing caves. The next stop is Reynisfjara which is a black pebble beach and features an amazing cliff of regular basalt columns resembling a rocky step pyramid. You will go on a two hour long ATV tour which takes you to parts of the beach which are hard to reach otherwise. Afterwards you can stop at the Lava Centre, an interactive, high-tech educational exhibition depicting volcanic activity, earthquakes and the creation of Iceland over millions of years. Experience live earthquakes and examine the various volcanos.


Day Four - Glacier adventure

Today you will be picked up by a highly skilled glacier guide that will take you on a spectacular glacier adventure on a super jeep, far off the beaten path. The tour will start with a fun glacier hike across the ice, then it’s time to explore your first ice cave! After spending some time in the main cave you can continue on another short glacier walk and hunt for secret waterfalls and hidden glacier canyon. After dinner your guide will take you out for an amazing northern lights experience. Sit by the warm bonfire, with a drink of choice and take indulge in the show.


Day Five - Blue Lagoon

Your private guide will pick you up from Hotel Rangá and take you towards your next hotel. An hour from Hotel Rangá is the magnificent Raufarhólshellir cave which is one of the longest and best known lava tubes in Iceland. Afterwards you will take the scenic route through the Reykjanes peninsula and explore some hidden gems. Your guide will take you to the Seltún geothermal area. You will have the chance to stop by the bridge between the North-American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Finally it’s time to check in at Retreat at the Blue Lagoon where you can enjoy the rest of the day in the healing mineral rich waters. You will have a dinner reservation at Moss Restaurant with an optional visit to their impressive wine cellar.


Day Six - Departure

At a pre-arrange time, or about two and a half hours before your fight your driver will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to Keflavik International Airport in time for your departure flight.
